New RJ Drinking Game!

    OK, hows this for a drinking game:

    Randomly go through profiles and take a shot every time you see one that says something like "I'm athletic - ub2"

    Is there enough alcohol in the world to pull this game off?

    What are some other ideas for a drinking game? Apparently the "Would you Date an Asian" post comes up a lot, so maybe you have to chug a 40 when you see that post.

    wow, so many gays have an aversion to carbs and alcohol (or the opposite), as if they are evil, drink up live and work out, have some balance.

    No one ever talks about moderation, with anything!

    I have a friend who avoids carbs like the devil!

    AMEN! Give me a real man any day! Yes muscles are pretty, but how much juice did you have to buy to get them?

    I'll take a farm boy or anyone with real muscles over the fake shit any day!

    Like EMS, he's a total hottie in my book.

    Carbs are no big deal for a fit body. They are really a piece of cake for the fit body to deal with.icon_biggrin.gif Live a little Atlas' in training. icon_biggrin.gif

    I know this is off topic sorta, but carbs: even fat and sugar are in the food pyramid. You need some of them. Infact, if you go with the 4:4:8:8 ratio, which is common bodybuilder mantra, you are eating 8 servings of cereal, grains, and bread a day.

    I had cut out sugar, fat , carbs and bread from my diet, I was cut, but my ass burned off and my face got thin. Since I've added, my face is filling out and so is my ass. Men like a healthy face and ample butt so carbs are my new best friends and sugar is fine in moderation.

    With that said: anytime someone on this site shows disdain for carbs, you have to eat a slice of Boston Cream Pie. icon_razz.gif...and do a body shot off of the non existent muscle arse of a bodybuilder who hates carbs. icon_biggrin.gif

    (4:4:8:8icon_cool.gif....4 meats 4 dairy, 8 vegetables and fruits, 8 grains and bread)

    True you need carbs for protein sparing daily, and I never understood the no carbs thing.

    Well at least whole grain and veggies should be your carbs, not a box of cheez-its.

    That reminds me, I read this article on here once about having a drink after a workout: something about your body appreciating the carbs just then. Hey, I gotta say I tried it and it really was great. It's like having just thrashed yourself makes the beer taste better. I like the taste of beer anyway, which is odd because everyone swears it's nasty. LOL, my favorite is to make out with a guy who has been drinking many beers. Especially if I'm sober, it's the buzz worthiest kiss ever.
