there's so many many and many facial skin care products to keep our pretty face clean and black-head/acne free. but i wonder what u guys using at the moment?

i'm using The Body Shop's Tea Tree Oil products:

    -Facial Wash
    -Facial Toner
    -Moisturizer

and also using Neutrogena (for men)

-Face Wash (Oil-Free) for clean deep into pores & helps prevent breakouts.

those products i'm using show a little good result, but still not satisfy cuz my facial pores are not completely clean out. icon_sad.gif
i have oily face, and i really appreciate if u guys can give me some tips on how to keep facial under control. thanks very much.

Most dermatologists recommend Neutrogena soap, or regular Dove soap.

Another good product: Avenno Positively Radiant Moisturizer. Also has an SPF 15.

I also use Retin-A cream at night for fine wrinkles, etc, 0.5 concentration.

I realize that skin care is rather personal, and what works for one person, may not work for another. I guess that is skin chemistry! icon_razz.gif

Well, for me, I use Biotherm Homme ----> http://www.biotherm.com/men/index.htmE.

I use face wash called, "Really, Really Clean" by Amino Genesis
And some other moisturizer by them. I don't use much from them, as most their products are anti-aging, and I'm only 21 lol. But what I use works good!

Here is a link to their stuff.

My Skin is fairly smooth and clean anyways.

    What is that?

I use Castille soap, I tell myself is the most natural thing out there and it never makes my skin dry nor does it give me zits, that's always a good thing. I buy the TJ one and its cheap.

My face is a little shiny at times though, wish that wasn't happening, but what can a boy do?

It's a natural based skin-care line. Dr Weil has his own line with them, he was featured on the cover of Time magazine for his breakthroughs in the skincare arena

I have tried HEAPS and in all honesty the cheap generic stuff works just as well as the expensive stuff. If not better. I don't have an acne problem anymore though I have to admit.

I now use a cetaphyl cleanser and moisturiser and every second day a neutrogena scrub.

If you have probems with acne, wash your face with warm water and a flannel twice a day, make sure you regularly change your pillow case, if you use hair product wash it out before you sleep, avoid wearing caps and think about cutting your hair.

I echo the comments about simpler being better.

    Right, mr-part-time-vanity has spoken. Lol

i knew everyone using facial products differently, but it's good to hear the tips from u guys, thanks. icon_biggrin.gif it seems that most people say "wash ur face with warm water and a flannel." it sounds very simple and easily done. maybe i should cut down my facial products and back to "warm water and a flannel." hopefully my facial skin can... how u say it... transforming back to normal skin? i really did use alot of facial products in my past years, and i'm getting so tired of them. i also eat vitamin C and B daily to help my skin stay in healthy. anyway, i'm just expressing my frustrate thought on facial skin, so don't mine me. lol anyway, thanks again for all the tips, guys.

I used to have horrible skin! like HORRIBLE. My dermatologist always instructed me to keep it as simple as possible.

I use the cetaphil products. No dyes, scents, oils, nothing. Just light soap that doesn't dry out the skin.

I tend to use stuff from Lush : Coalface, Cosmetic Lad, Enchanted Eye Cream and Tea Tree Water.

But no matter what stuff I use I always seem to have a blackhead problem.

yeah, u are right, fast foods and other things must watch out, too. i'm so jealous to some guys who have no problem with fast foods at all, cuz their skin still look great no matter how much junk foods they eat. icon_evil.gif those lucky bastards with strong healthy skin. lol icon_biggrin.gif oh, well, that's life.

hmmmmm.... on the black head note above,

does anyone have a success story on getting rid of black heads?

I have a few on my nose, I used those Neutragena Stickies that pulls them off, but they just came back, otherwise my skin is clear, I too am a fan of going back to basics for skin/hair care.
