    Hello,

I'm so glad i found this forum! It has everything lmao. Anyways, I've been trying to gain muscle and get buffed for a while now but it seems like I did something wrong since i'm still somewhat skinny.
I am 5'9' and used to be 145lb until last month and it dropped to 137 lb ( since i missed 2 months of gym). I'm just wondering if anyone could give me a work out routine for beginner?
    here is my current routine:

    4 sets of 8 : Pectoral fly (55lb)
3 sets of 8 (each) : Bench Press , incline press , and shoulder press ( 55 lb)
4 sets of 8 : lat pull down
    and 20 min of running

and I go to the gym 3 times in one week and 2 times the other week.

    Thank you!

cut out some cardio if u want, because if u have no fat to burn, cardio will just burn your muscle. Also, if u want to bulk up, Lift heavy with doing as many reps as you can, which should be 3-7 reps. For definition, you should use less weight but we able to do 8-11 reps. Also add protein supplements to your diet to help build muscle faster. A lot of it is your metabolism as well, so you should try to hit each muscle group on a different day so that way you can maximize growth,
