200 bank accounts listed on IRS employees’ tax returns that had multiple direct deposits. More than 10,600 refunds for more than $14 million were sent to these bank accounts.

So if you do the average refund from the 200 employees , thats 70,000 per IRS employee.

    THAT IS SOME REFUND.

You would think that would be a huge scandal, how can a IRS employee be getting a 70,000 dollar refund?.

"This raises a concern as to whether tax return preparers are diverting clients’ refunds or portions of refunds to their own bank accounts to pay tax preparation fees or for other reasons."

or, simply put, he doesn't know. Here I can help:

H&R Block: " Load your tax refund on an H&R Block Debit Card or cheque."

the report infers that 200 agents had a combined 14million in refunds. That is a staggering amount for public employees.

    hopefully they are investigated.

There should be an investigation but the blog cited is written by a hack whose previously post is about Janeane Garofalo's marriage. icon_rolleyes.gif
