icon_neutral.gif er... what does the flight engineer have to say about that?

Do they have flight engineers any more?

Sorry, the title just seemed incongruous. In fact, do airlines have policies about the mass of flight crews?

Become a pilot. Then you can get as "big" as the guys in the front.

Keep the pre-workout drink with creatine, drink 20 grams of protein within 30 minutes of finishing your workout, keep all your meals small and eat 5-6 times a day. Including the protein drinks. Go to the tables to see how much protein you will need based on age, height, etc. Carbs and some fat are necessary in the diet but consume them early in the day, preferably before the workout.

Get a gym membership from one of the national gyms (24 Hour, LA Fitness, Gold's, etc.). It's going to be next to impossible to build muscle size without a quality gym frequently at your disposal. You can stay in shape without one, but putting on muscle is pretty much the realm for the gym.
