Do you know that you have the power and capability to modify your behaviors to promote a better life? You have the ability to modify promote truthful therapeutic communications with others? All you have to do try to change yourself and promote a healthier emotion and lifestyle.

Do you pay attention to your daily behaviors and how they can affect people? Your behaviors are just like a ripple in the pond which affect many other people.

Isn't it important for you to be the best person you can everday in life, to you and to others?
Why do some of you not trying your best to uphold the good behaviors (toward others and yourself), good sincere thoughts, sensitive of other feelings?

What ever reasons that make you person that disregard other feeling, doesn't that make you feel bitter at times if you are?

I would think good behaviors and respectful honest thoughts will promote a better life for you and people around you

I hope my questions do not make you feel uncomfortable.......It is interesting to see what responses I will get from you guys.

It's inspiring to see someone post about this (self change, healthier lifestyle, respectful behavior, therapeutic conversations, etc) and promote this kind of lifestyle.

Do you consider yourself someone who engages in this kind of behavior or are you just trying to get opinions on what we think?

Most of my behaviors and thought processes are based on those beliefs. Fairness is an important aspect of my life. The description is pretty much how I feel about my life style. I also wanted to see what people think of the lifestyle or anyone who shares the same view. I am curious since I haven't really met a person like those description above.

Some people think it is idealistic. To some extent I think it is harder to live or carry out those philosophies or ideas. I feel it is even tougher if your gay since the culture and the experienced you received from society will affect the way you trust or think about people.

It is challenging but I think it is possible if you possess the sympathy for other beings.

The only true form of change is a change from within.

My experience, and I deal with the most extreme of dysfunction everyday, tells me that denial is the key factor in inhibiting change. Why would we ever want to leave that comfortable, cozy place of torment? It's what we know. It's what we were bred on. It's what makes us feel special and unique-- the only function of the ego. There's a saying, "The same man will _____ again." You fill in the blank.

The most profound change in me after a series of countless miracles is comprehending that I had nothing to do with any of it. It's not about me.
