Just spent 5 days in Munich. Deutsche Eiche is a gay hotel and not really a B&B. The location is great. The price is reasonable for large rooms. The restaurant is great. Did I mention that the hotel also has a sauna [bath house]?

Spanocchia in the Tuscan countryside south of Florence. Beautiful grounds, and easy driving distance to a lot of the old hill towns around Tuscany. That was a great trip!

A very nice B&B in the middle of nowhere in Ireland. I couldn't get a single word of what people were saying but I guess they were nice icon_smile.gif

Casa Portagioia, in the hills of Central Tuscany, gay owned and run. Very luxurious. Hosts Terry and Marcello will go to great links to make your stay an enjoyable one. The breakfasts are incredible, not like your typical bed and breakfast.

    www.TheLotusTree.com

The Lotus Tree gay guesthouse combines traditional stone buildings with stylish interiors and modern amenities. We have been one of the most popular gay hotels in Europe since 2001.

Situated where Provence meets the Languedoc. Historic towns, beautiful countryside and gay beaches on the Mediterranean are all in easy reach.

Couples and single guys receive the same relaxed, informal welcome. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast served under the shade of ancient oak trees. Make new friends around our large swimming pool or find one of the many quiet spots in the garden to chill out.

I was at an Octoberfest in Munich years ago. A guy from australia asked me if I needed a place to share since they wanted to cut costs. So I showed up later that night and it ended up having 8 people in the room with only 2 beds. I ended up sleeping on the floor. There was a cute guy from the midwest there flirting with some girls in the room. In the morning I was shocked to find him almost nuzzled next to me on the floor arms touching. A girl across the room had a funny look on her face when I looked around. I wish I knew what to do then with that guy. That was my erotic memory but sorry not a tip for where to stay. I'm going to a house in the dordogne region close to the famous caves this next year. Should be very memorable.
