apart from the bad pun, I do fly a lot for business and pleasure.

So I fly almost every weekend to San Diego from Portland OR, or to Seattle and my hotel bills are suffocating me.

Has anyone in the past figured out more thrifty ways for temp living away from home when going between cities?

    Please share your wisdom,

Make friends in every city you visit and stay with them. Be warned, you may have to reciprocate.

there are tons... but after a while, you'll realize that couchsurfing isn't just about free accommodations... it's also about meeting people and learning about other's culture...

    It's a great organization... gays? tons icon_razz.gif
