    I've decided to take up the challenge of:

    1. Leading a healthier lifestyle (diet)
    2. Taking the necessary steps to a better body. (work on body)
    3. Follow on the path for better understand of my surroundings (work on mind)
    4. Seek better understanding of myself and Life in general to find inner peace (Soul)

    Should you take up this journey with me I wouldn't mind your support, or criticism.

    I will be posting pics of my self regularly to document all the changes, and updating a blog for all the challenges I face along the way, I only home my experience both helps and inspires others to seek a better version of themselves.

    The first three are good.

    The fourth is like masturbation. Feels good, but no children. Chafed hands & head sort of thing.

    Make your fourth "Improving life for others." If you've gotta have something in there about your soul (to sound poetic or something), argue to yourself that feeding others feeds you.
