I'm a member of Gold's Gym and I've become a recent addict of all the Les Mills classes. I find myself enjoying BodyJam, BodyCombat, BodyPump, BodyAttack (which Im actually off to when I finish this), BodyStep, BodyFlow/BodyVibe, RPM (even thought I tried it once), and last but most important to me BodyFlow/BodyBalance. Ever since Ive started taking these classes regular cardo just seems to totally suck. Im curious, how many of you on here take or have taken these classes? Which are your favorites? What's your favorite release?

I've taken all except BodyStep and BodyVibe. I like RPM well but I think the BodyPump is very interesting and I can see the benefit of adding that into a routine. BodyJam just makes me feel like an uncordinated first year dance student. Heh

The Gold's Gym I managed in Omaha had Pump, Flow, Combat, and Step and I had to try them all. I really enjoyed bodyflow the best seconded by bodypump. When I sold memberships and talked about the classes, I advised the new members to start with pump and then take a flow class because there would be soreness. I have been trying to talk my gym up here into getting the classes. We are a small gym and the license cost is a bit out of our price range. I have considered getting pump and flow certified though. They are the best group fitness classes I have ever taken.
