RPM is the Les Mills version of spinning. Les Mills is known for Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Flow, Body Step, Body Vibe, and a water thingy I'm too lazy to Google.

RPM is a pre choreographed cycling program, instructor has to attend a two day training and submit a video to get certified. New music and chorey every 3 months.

RPM is choreographed to the music that is released every 3 months (as mentioned above). Each track is either a race flats, hills, intervals, or mountains etc. Very very intense.

Spin is regular spinning, from experience
