WARNING: THIS POSTING IS PURE PERSONAL "BRAGGING" ...IT DOES NOT PROFFER ANY SITE VALUE WHATSOEVER...

Just got back from the personal trainer's and got my latest measurements...

In the 5 months since he opened his own studio and, therefore, for which I have data,

my metabolic age has decreased from 66 to 47 ....chronologically, I will be 57 in 2 weeks. ...I have a purely arbitary goal of metabolic age = 35 ....but maybe now I will shoot for a metabolic age of 28....half my chronological ...that would be cool

In the same 5 months, I have lost 5% total body fat. Both muscle and visceral fat are now in the healthy range....but the visceral fat only just got there....just under the upper limit of healthy....so I gotta work on that. I am just starting to physically see the improvement in visceral fat ... I use the RJ hunks that are in their 50s and still lean as my inspiration! ... icon_wink.gif

    I may be old....but I am getting younger...in some respects! ... icon_biggrin.gif

P.S. ...oh, also my basal metabolic rate is up such that I burn 80 calories more per (i forget the time unit) JUST SITTING than I did before.

Take Resveratrol. I hear it slows the aging process up to 50% in experiements...at least on one-celled creatures in the lab and on fish. No conclusive evidence on humans yet though.

Excellent work! Just be careful, man, at that rate you'll be 9 years old in another 10 weeks.

My personal trainer is down to the limit of a metabolic age of 12.

One of his clients is 53 or so and her metabolic age is like 23.

But we all know that exercising keeps you young.

Actually the new Brad Pitt movie coming out ("The Curious Case of Benjamin Button") is about this very subject. A man who is aging backwards

Having a bit of a problem reading the text here.... hmmmmm. LOL Now does this reversal program work on hair loss too? LOL I know you'll be working on that soon!

Congrats though, you're doing a great job. Tough mountain but you've certainly climbed it like a young guy!

Hey Caslon that is great. I think I am achieving the same without having it measured as yet. Running 3 miles every morning has boosted my metabolism so that feel I healthier and more alive than I did in my early 20s.

As long as the age reversal does not apply to your intellect or wisdom then you should be fine. icon_razz.gif
