So today is the first day of my hell week in which i include a 12-1-12 pyramid for one specific exercise and body part.

For example...

Bench Press - 135lbs - 12 sets 12/11/10/9/8...and so on reps. to 1.

Then

Bench Press - 135lbs - 12 sets 1/2/3/4/5/6...and so on to 12.

Has anyone ever done anything like this, apparently I should be prepared to puke...
