I don't like to drink coffee late afternoon because I would have trouble sleeping at night. I am morning coffee

Good to know. I NEED coffee in the morning but I drink it black most of the time. I can't drink it past 2:00 or so, though, or else it keeps me from falling asleep at night. Made the mistake of having tiramisu with dinner last week. Talk about insomnia!

I don't know how to get the image in here, but follow the link:

Ooo more justification to drink that extra cup of coffee . Believe it or not my dad actually made me coffee late at night to help me sleep! icon_eek.gif

Coffee doesn't affect my sleep regardless of how much or how little I drink. However, drinking a lot of coffee does make me have to go #1 and #2 quite a bit more often, lol.

When asked how I like my coffee, I generally reply "Intravenously". But only in the mornings.

I gave up coffee 40 years ago, but I still do caffeine in other ways.
