Does anyone on here use KT tape and feel like it actually works..and if so what color do you prefer? lol

I personally use it on both my knees when I got hiking and running...I don't really believe there is some scientific evidence behind it but I do believe in the placebo effect...and do notice a difference when wearing it..

I also only wear blue kt tape!

(sorry this was supposed to go in the fitness section but I forgot to check that off icon_neutral.gif )

Yes, I have used it in lieu of regular athletic tapes for long trail runs when I had some ankle problems. Functionally, it seems to work the same but tends to adhere better. Otherwise, I'm nto sure if there is anything more to it.

And I use black tape - worn right or left.

I wear mine on both my knees. And actually today while running about an hour into my 4 hour hike my kt tape fell off for the first time...I guess I was extra sweaty today lol

I've worn it before, but it usually doesn't stick to my hairy legs for very long, making it cost-inefficient...

It worked very well though. I used it on my knees, and immediately felt a difference. All the discomfort I was feeling was alleviated. I would recommend to wear it a few days at a time, in order to allow the tendon/ligament to heal.

I have to shave the area first. Won't stick for too long on hairy skin.

Rolled my ankle during a Warrior Dash.

Used the ORANGE tape on my ankle....worked O.K.

Needed to shave my ankle and lower part of leg for the tape to stick.
