Hey RJ, new to the forum here!

I've been training for two months now and I've been getting much wrist pains when I do DB weights. The pain is concentrated on the side that is facing inwards to the body. Not sure if you guys get what I mean?

Any solutions? Maybe I'm just doing things wrong?

    Cheers,
    Myles

With a bit more information, we may be able to help.

Exactly what exercises are you doing?

I found that dumbbell curls caused my wrists to become sore until I changed the way I was doing them. I used to do them with the bars parallel to the floor. When I started doing the with the bars perpendicular to the floor, the problem went away.

Either quit masturbating so much, or switch to the other hand.

For example, standing db curls. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=av7-8igSXTs
Notice how she had her wrist parallel to the ground when moving up? When I do that the inner side of my wrist hurts like a bitch. I need to slant my hands towards the ground for it to not hurt.

    Stop masturbating so furiously...

Seriously though. It sounds like you're lifting more weight than your wrist and forearms can actually handle.

Are there any exercise that I can fix this?

If this has been going for several weeks/months you may want to consider going to a physical therapist, you should also consider taking it easy at the gym for a few days/weeks.

I knew he'd get this advice soon enough.

Google for wrist workouts on YouTube. Your wrists are too weak for the weight you're using.
