It near the back of the head where it starts to slope down i been eating right and i been meaning to get a doctor appointment but been very busy. Is there something i could try to see if it works, Before i get a doctor appointment ? Could my father side of my gene have any effect on my hair , i heard the hair gene is from your mother father side . And my grandfather on her side was full head of hair, my dad is bald for some odd reason for shaving his to much or something else my grandma has thinout hair from her side . My grandfather has thin hair as well . Could this just be heredity? Im going to try to get a doctor appointment as soon as i can

MuchMoreThanMuscle saidIf it's not male pattern baldness and you're losing hair evenly all around your head you might be deficient in fat soluble vitamins. Are you restricting all fat from your diet? You should be getting some healthy fats in your diet.

Really, overall calories is what's important. Three meals are fine but you can do two as well. Just don't calorie restrict to the point of going into starvation mode. Make sure to get some fats in your diet from sources like a couple whole eggs a day, nuts, flax oil. Basically healthy sources of natural unprocessed fats.
ill try those out and see if that works, i been seeing it at the back of my head the most at least that where it a bit more noticeable around the hairline area but it a bit everywhere plus my hair seemed abit lifeless as well so it might be that ( i hope that is ) i dont care for egg too much but nuts i could do more then eggs. I as thought it might have been that i lost too much too fast but my weight seems to be leveled out now it just bounces around 194-200 now it doesnt seem to go above 200 yet it doesnt go below 194 ( though it did once to 192) i hope those eggs and nuts will fix this problem

It must be the protein you are burning and not about your fats which is same as what is happening to a good co-worker of mine. Better consult a dietician for caloric counting without compromising. Remember protein is made of keratin from protein.

Lets see the causes could be:

    malnutrition
    Stress
    Low iron
    Low Fat
male pattern baldness( tho that is not " sudden")
Thyroid problems are a good suspect too.

Good luck and how you figure it out, a H&P and Blood testing will be your friend.

I've had friends literally lose hair because of stress. Could that be a factor for you?

There could be any number of reasons for your hair loss man. Ideally you should see a trichologist to find out what the problem is rather than a general practioner.

Whatever you do don't go crazy thinking you are going to go bald. Your still young and you can lose up to 100 hairs per day anyway depending on a variety of factors.
