Cut carbs. They'll be gone in two weeks.

You can't spot-reduce fat, so it's all diet, diet, diet and maybe some excercise.

You have to do cardio, you cant lose fat in one place. Do high level for 1 min than 3 mins at a medium pace, and keep repeating it for like 20 mins. The constant up and down of the heart rate burns fat!

There's nothing you can do to reduce this except to drop your body fat percentage. Diet and cardio will do it.

My advice is to find a guy who thinks muffin tops are cute.

I know they're out there, because I am... er, I mean I have this, um, this friend. Yeah, that's it, this friend who actually likes guys with some chub on 'em.

Aren't muffin tops the best part of the muffin?

A little muffin overhanging the jeans, briefs can actually be masculine on some guys if they are otherwise muscular. All the hard core lifters I see at the gym seem to have some belly they care nothing about removing.

I don't think any of this will work if the muffin top is due to dramatic weight gain/loss.

[quote][cite]MuchMoreThanMuscle said[/cite]I have this to some degree but only from the rear view. From the front you can't notice it but when I use mirrors to see the back I have some of this "muffin top."
