You have to do cardio, you cant lose fat in one place. Do high level for 1 min than 3 mins at a medium pace, and keep repeating it for like 20 mins. The constant up and down of the heart rate burns fat!
A little muffin overhanging the jeans, briefs can actually be masculine on some guys if they are otherwise muscular. All the hard core lifters I see at the gym seem to have some belly they care nothing about removing.
