I am in the process of learning a double back tuck. Any of you current, or former gymnasts have any tips for me? I can't seem to get anyone in my gym where I teach to help me out, so I'm just trying to get my back layouts as high as possible. I'm still building up the courage to try a double for the first time, so I thought I'd see if anyone here had any tips?? Random post I know, but I guess it's worth a shot?

Thanks man! I'll check it out! I just learned a full twisting front layout last night, and took a video of it. Now that I watch it I realize that I may have been doing 2 twists! It's so hard to tell though...anyhow, thanks for the website

Let me know if you have any tips. I'd like to squeeze in some more twists.
