jp_K saidyes yes yes!!!! I can tell already I'm going to love this thread haha. Scanned some of the artists you guys mentioned - man is it nice to see someone else mention James Vincent McMorrow, Monsters and Men, Ben Howard, Black Keys, mumford and sons, etc.
For those that mentioned the latter (mumford) - look up The Avett Brothers- moreso verging on folk, but they're great. Specifically "i would be sad", "living of love" "all my mistakes".
Also, IMAGINE DRAGONS! It makes me sad that nobody's brought em' up yet. Look up "Radioactive", "Demons", "Nothing left to say", "Amsterdam"-- I can go on and on. So, so so soooooooo good
HorrorHound saidNot too too familiar w/ this entire scene but here are a couple favs:
THE FAINT
A Place To Bury Strangers
The Dillinger Escape Plan
The Gossip
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
AlwaysRoaming saidNot to nitpick but I don't consider Florence, mumford, nor Imagine Dragons to be indie... They are pretty popular and in the mainstream.
