    I breathe it for a couple of weeks every year. Zyrtec works pretty good.

    pollen storms are a very common thing here in raleigh, past two years have been horrible.. raining/mists of pollen

    Ok everyone. Funny but I'm actually talking about the supplement form. Recently heard about it on the Robb Wolf podcast and Tim Ferris mentions it in his new book but I haven't gotten my hands on it.

    Buy a yellow truck, then you don't have to worry about it.
