    Quite a impressive group of Constitutional Law Professors, Judges, Lawyers, and other Constitutional watch groups are gathering to discuss and plan how to proceed with prosecution of war criminal actions in the Bush administration. This administration feared procecution from the start of their illegal activities involving 911 and the wars, that this day may come about, and tried through legislation to lower the possibilities. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 911 was exploited by the bush administration to promote their Project for the New American Century(PNAC). plans to gain Power at home in the executive branch, and to control of Middle East OIL via their war in Afghanistan and Iraq. Even now they beat the drums of war with Iran and are using threatening propaganda towards Russia, as an extended part of their PNAC plans. (PNAC was a NEOCONSERVATIVE think tank started back in the 90's by a republican senate committee headed by JOHN MCCAIN) Members of this group include most of bushes cabinet, of which a large share hold a dual citizenship in the US and Israel, and are members of the Zionist Israeli group which exists to promote the interests of the state of Israel in the Middle East. Please look this up under the PNAC, Look up the writings of Investigative Researcher/Reporter, Robert Parry, or got to gloabalresearch.ca to verify what I have written, there is plenty of documentation of this on the net, and you can find the schedule for this weekends conference at globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=10064>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>I would be glad for this information to be proven false, but sadly it is quite apparent from multiple sources, that its all true and much more exists for those interested in doing some digging for facts about this failed bush administration. McSame must be defeated or these PNAC plans will continue to wreck our America. Many constitutional experts and law professionals are of the opinion that a prosecution/holding them accountable in some way, must be done to get our country headed away from control by this group of Neocons, and to repair the damage they have already done to our Constitutional Democracy..Obama/Biden have promised to turn lose their Dept of Justice on these issues to see what laws have been broken, and to correct by new laws or possible presecutions any damage done. Do you think Bush/Cheney and thugs can be prosecuted? Do we have the will to accomplish this? What happens if their illegal actions are left to stand?

    Gosh, I hope so. I think they should be prosecuted as traitors - Valerie Plame, Lying to the American people, putting our boys in harms way for those lies...the list goes on and on. They wont ever be behind bars, but they should be!

    I support holding gov't officials accountable. In America, the follow-up gov't officials seem to always want to quickly get by past political controversies...saying that it is for America's best.

    However, the Bush/Cheney actions....esp. Cheney because of his secrecy, really go against our democratic form of government.

    I will be interested in hearing what this conference comes out with.

    For those in confusion over the New American Century:

    Mission statement:
    Our aim is to remind Americans of these lessons and to draw their consequences for today. Here are four consequences:

    • we need to increase defense spending significantly if we are to carry out our global
    responsibilities today and modernize our armed forces for the future;

    • we need to strengthen our ties to democratic allies and to challenge regimes hostile to our interests and values;

    • we need to promote the cause of political and economic freedom abroad;

    • we need to accept responsibility for America's unique role in preserving and extending an international order friendly to our security, our prosperity, and our principles.

    Such a Reaganite policy of military strength and moral clarity may not be fashionable today. But it is necessary if the United States is to build on the successes of this past century and to ensure our security and our greatness in the next.

    Founding members: Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, etc...

    Bush isn't a member or at least not one spoken about. Rather the group writes letters to Bush often about concerns over this and that... and they are critical of Bush as well since keeping good relations with democratic allies is a key purpose for the group. Of course it's funny how many of the founding members ended up in the Bush administration icon_rolleyes.gif

    I think its kinda cool that this is happening in my home town. But i'm kinda skeptical as to whether or not it would really go anywhere.

    it would be amazing and certainly necessary given everything thats now known... but i doubt much will come of it unfortunately.icon_neutral.gif
