    I belonged to that gym for over a year and would see Kai train and be filmed often. Guess I should've paid him because not once did he or anyone else ever offer me workout advice there - everything I know I learned from trainer YouTube vids.

    The video is spot on solid advice.

    I have 19.5 inch arms at 5'5"; sometimes, I use 10# weights. I have a 48" chest. Last night, my last set of dumbell chest flys was at 10#. I always giggle when the kids gawk...because they just don't get it.

    I see so many folks...training in completely moronic ways.

    A lot of us (including me) tend lose focus and concentrate on the weigths instead of the actuall process. This is a good reminder.
