Ok guys I know this has been beaten on the head one too may times but I hope someone will take me under their wing and help me out. the following link is a pic of how I used to look

    http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=4265409991210&set=t.1164830218&type=3&theater

(I think I've shown improvement) but I got to know; how do you studs get those chiseled rock hard abs? I am trying my best with everything (eating less portions throughout the day, working out 5-6 days a week 2 hours per day, cutting out fatty greased deep fried foods, no pop whatsoever, and water became my best friend) But I still feel like I am missing something in my equation. As for training regimen it is as follows

    Mon-gymnastics and kickboxing
    Tues- Resistance and Kung Fu
    Wed-gymnastics and kickbxing
    Thurs-gymnastics and kickboxing
    Fri-Resistance and Kung Fu
Sat- Resistance and kung Fu (sometimes used as a rest day)
    sun-rest
If anyone could take pity on me and guide me in the right direction I will be eternally grateful and would be eternally in your debt. Please feel free to pm me.

I forgot to mention that i don't come from much so most of the amenities or supplies are not available to me. I try to do well with what I have available or what I am able to get.

If you have a gym membership with a cable extension machine, you could try a technique I learned from a pt. You take a handle in both hands and rotate your core, towing the cable across your body, at chest height. Do reps on each side.. It really burns in the places you're concerned about, primarily the obliques.

I know that one, but alas I don't have a gym membership, i have been blessed to be trained by a world champ by bartering my skills in computers, not sure I could do the same with a gym membership. But I do thank you for your help, I appreciate it very much.

If it came out the ground untouched by man (besides being picked) it goes in my body.

Hmm. So you're basically doing Paleo?

And how serious are you about it?
