So what did you think of the Hurricane Sandy benefit concert?

It would be nice if Bruce Springstein and Bon Jovi paid some property taxes. I pay more tax for 1/8 of an acre than they do for 150 acres.

To dish, the worst part was probably the acoustics and the best the unforgiving lighting. Between that and the obvious absence of many of the stars' hair and makeup people you could see what people really looked like - from Bon Jovi's chiclet veneers (what was he hiding under that tailored turtleneck?) to Adam Sandler's facial melanoma to Kirsten Stewarts jug ears to Chelsea Clinton's ginormous pores and yellow teeth to Roger Daltry's suspicious forearm and abdominal rash. Even Alicia Keyes looked slightly less perfect than usual. Mick Jagger transcended his looks by proving that he's still got the chops and the moves, sweating less after a marathon performance than Chris Christie sweat standing still. Eric Clapton, looking age-appropriate sans plastic surgery, looked good.

All I wanna know is when this money is being distributed and how. My family had over 100 grand in damages and have yet to see a dime from insurance or FEMA or anything.

it was good, kinda painful watching the Stones... Could they be any older, and 2 songs...
Kanya was the worst IMO, and The WHO rocked!! Paul Mc was good too... My theory is if every millionaire in NYC gave 1 mil, that should more than pay enough for re-building.. icon_wink.gif

That 'Nirvana' reunion was a pile of wank. Why even bother to call it Nirvana ?

Oh yeah, I forgot about Kanye - he reminded me of some demented "Star Search" contestant.
