There are these rack presses on the leg machine that I literally have nightmares about. Everyone else loves them.

I'm weird that way. I can do tricep dips all day and everyone else hates those.

This thread is really disturbing...how could anyone hate squats? They're just about my favorite along with deadlifts and clean & jerks.

I guess if I have to have a least favorite, it'd be kettlebell snatches. I always feel like my forearm is going to be snapped in half.

Dumbell shoulder press only because I have a torn muscle in my left shoulder. Hurts like a bitch but I try to compromise with safer workouts

Workout: Shoulders... I'm weak. Two or three exercises and it feels like they are on fire, and they're shaky icon_cry.gif

Individual exercise: I can't decide between burpees or get-ups. I'll go with burpess - they suck all the time... get-ups are only bad when I'm already tired.

I will not do squats or leg extensions; they create knee problems. When I was in my early 20s and we did not know better than to do full squats, I was doing full squats with 260 pounds on my shoulders; I weighed barely over 140 pounds. It caused damage to my knees so I have to be careful with them.

well, that's because you're doing them wrong... you're hands shouldn't be down while lunging... try keeping them on your waist, in the air, or holding weights in order to maintain balance

with 70 lbs. of iron in your hands it's kind of hard to hold them in the air

My least favorite workout is when I have no choice but to wait for some jerkwad to stop hogging equipment, or round up the weight plates and bar clips strewn around in unpredictable places.
Otherwise I actually like my workouts. That gets reinforced when I look at a mirror in the gym and think 'I've never seen that muscle or definition before.'

Hmm, well there are a lot that kinda suck when you're doing them but i'd have to say back only because I never feel like it gets any workout. Same thing with my traps, but I like doing traps. As far as i can tell my form is good though, no ideas why.
