School Shooting in Connecticut

  This makes me sick to my stomach...some sick fuck began shooting in an elementary school today. I hope the children are alright =/

  Just horrible, heartwrenching news - Newtown is right off of I-84 (I recall I got gas off of the exit there at a Amoco now prob BP right off eastbound 84 ramp) and and east of Danbury.

  Until the REPUBLICANS (and Democrats) in Congress stop letting the NRA blackmail them, there will be no gun control and no strict background checks on people applying for gun permits and/or attempting to buy guns.

  Usually these guys (almost never females) are mentally ill to some degree. There is very little treatment available for mental illness or depression for most of the people in the country. It has been estimated that if we treated 50% of the mentally ill or depressed youth, there would be 50% fewer shootings like this. That would mean l lot more children would grow up to be adults. I wonder why we don't? Too expensive?

  Just in - ADAM Lanzo not Ryan is the identiifed shooter. Brother Ryan in custody for questioning. RYAN was the NJ (hoboken) resident so indeed there was a connection.

  What a sad tragedy. There must be a reason for his actions. I don't think it is simply just to kill the children. It probably started out with some adult problems...........I can't say for sure but it seems some people are not that great of parenting to create something like this.
