I'm just sitting here eating a fatty and juicy, "natural" Whole Foods roast chicken...

...and was just thinking, "Why does this fatty, juicy bird taste so wonderful?

It got me thinking about other "red" and "white" fatty, juicy meats that I love to eat.

I prefer non-fatty meat, I do love a good steak though!

    Chicken and beef I'd say

I was a vegetarian for 3 years. One day I was driving through Glendale Ca and a chicken bowl from Yoshinoya sounded so good, now I eat medium rare prime rib, I blame the Jews.

    It`s the caveman in us!

Meat is always attractive, given its high calorie content(compared to most other 'natural' foods.)

    I like roast lamb!

Imagine it with chicken instead, but it satisfies my need for juicy chewy unctuous stuff with lots of protein and free glutamate flavours. Mmmmmmm! Vegetarian but no compromise at all, and no ToFurkey! icon_lol.gif
