Anything involving dogs. Looking at pics of my two dogs back in DC is very bittersweet. I can still smell their doggy breath and remember the sounds of their barks. icon_cry.gif

But I know they are safe. And I will forever keep them in my heart....icon_biggrin.gif

Reading something I've written and being surprised at how good it is. I tend to just write, edit and try to sell. Rarely do I sit down and enjoy my own work. But the other day I was waiting for my bus and I read an adaptation of Murder She Wrote and when I was writing I didn't think it was they great. But going back at it I was surprised at how much I liked it.

And then there's when I think about the great friends I have and the support system in my life that makes me smile.

Thinking about great women like Oprah, Hillary Clinton, Connie Chung and Barbara Walters and Ellen DeGeneres and what they've gone through it makes me smile. Random I know but it makes me smile...

Clean up your pad, McQueen icon_razz.gif!

I try to find appreciation in every little thing. Simple things like watching the sun come up or go down really make me appreciate life. The other night we had a meteor shower and it was AWESOME!
