coolarmydude saidamongst all the GOP leaders and pundits, he is the very first to pass political wind.
I must be confused--is all this dying a new thing--because I would have thought that people of conservative mind had been dying off for at least a few generations and not just recently; but some might have died even as much as a thousand or two years ago. Yet this particular change is occurring only now with the most current deaths? Were they the ones holding all the cards all along?
From a kid's point of view, it's a very entitled way to see history, to think all you have to do is wait for mom and dad to die to inherit their earth. You don't have to work for it at all. Change is easy. What's the fuss about?
From a conservative's point of view, it's a very convenient way to look at history such that you don't have to be the loser of your cause to prevent change. You didn't lose, afterall; you simply died off. And it's awfully convenient to not have to credit your opposition for their win. You didn't win, we died.
Boy, talk about a sore loser.
So how unusual that the kids are in agreement with the conservatives. How convenient for them both. Look at that, it worked out well for everyone and nobody had to put forth any effort whatsoever to create the change that the kids today will have their freedom and liberty to live gay openly at nobody's expense but a mortuary fee for some old guys. That's just great. Congratulations on successfully obliterating an entire generation's efforts.
Okay boys, that's a wrap. We can go home now and just wait for death. Thanks again for showing up to the disco.
