One of my constant flip-flop dilemmas is how to balance the:

1) Evils of fructose and sucrose - which pretty much metabolizes instantly into fat.

2) The evils of monsanto sweeteners which sort of get the job done, but I feel are probably just as bad for you in the long run, but in unknown ways.

I use as little sugar or sweetener as I can, switch between using nutrasweet in my coffee vs sugar, or using just a bit of each (so the sugar covers the wierd nutrasweet taste)

How do you manage your "extra added sugar"?
