hi im not really sure if this is the place for this question , but i was wanting to know if the abs muscles form differently for each person. like im thinking im starting to see some muscle starting to show up in my pec, legs and like the upper part of my ab (?) right below the pecs is looking like it starting to show some built., not a lot to be really noticeable but if you look at it good enough you can see it. now i work out every day even on my rest day but i do very little exercise on my rest day. so please let me know and does the lower abs come later as well i see got some belly fat there but im still working on it.
