Muscle implants

    Also, if you build muscle, does that displace the implants?

    2. Yes, building real muscle over an implant will displace the implant. I've seen it. It's not cute.

    Due to knee injuries, I cannot do any much of any lower body weight lifting exercises any longer.

    My once so-so/adequate pair of glutes now resemble delfated footballs.

    I consided glute implants; but after reading about and viewing pics of "gone wrong" plasic surgery in this area I am resigned to the Pale Male disease of "Flat Can".

    You could do fire hydrants, donkey kicks, etc... That'll activate those glutes, for sure!
