I have one week left on the 12 week program that is on this site from DIKADI. I really like where it has gotten me, but does anyone have any suggestions of what to do now? Basically, I don't want to be huge, so that plan worked for me. Would it be ludicrous to just start it over? It mixed it up enough that I will surely not be bored. THanks, folks.

I've seen a lot of people post about going through it a second or third time, so it's certainly an option to just go through it again. I am about to finish it in 2 weeks, but I think I'm going to move to a different program. It has been awesome in terms of building strength for me, and while I haven't lost weight, I can tell that I've become more lean. I am going to try out the half-marathon training program because I want to focus more on cardio and really losing the fat. I also just want to be able to run 13.1 miles. That'd be fantastic.

    sounds like a good idea.

I go down to boise every year for t-giving. We'll have to race once I get down there.

That'd be kickass. Give me a shout. You'll probably kick my ass, however. I have never been an incredible runner. I used to run a lot for soccer, but I was never out in front. I just want to get to the "able to finish the race" point.

dude, i hate running. i think it's bc i'm 6'4"ish. I have too much to move. And I don't like doing it. Anyway, the legs on Friday were killer! Plus I accidentally had a cartoon moment and dropped a weight on my head when I was doing the core jumps.

I'm in my second rotation of this program and intend to keep going until the new one hits this site in September.
