Going to stay away from the Dairy Queen! Those damn Blizzards... icon_mad.gif

Seriously, I've already started my resolution instead of waiting 'til January first. They include the following:

    1. Find healthier meal options but at the same time, do not give up on taste.
    2. Increase my cardiovascular training by swimming at least 4x a week and running 2x week.
    3. Build a better body but not get too big. I prefer the definition over bodybuilder. My main motivation is the hotties from this site! icon_biggrin.gif
    4. Be nice to people on this forum regardless on their behavior.

Now, I just need to find a way to build an electric fence outside the Dairy Queen or else I'll never reach goal #1.... icon_eek.gif

    - Eat cleaner and lift wiser.
    - Gain a few more pound of muscles.
    - Be more involved with networking events and career fairs.
    - Practice random acts of kindness.
    - I accidentally came out to my parents few weeks ago, it sort of broke their hearts... so I guess I'll need to be a better son and talk to them more often.

I'm keeping my short and relatively simple next year!

1 - Keep in good health / really be consistent with the gym and my diet.
2 - Continue to grow as a Dietitian and spend more quality time promoting my business.
3 - Visit at least eight new countries in Europe and four new cities in America.
4 - Keep my relationship with my partner strong, as well as my friendships.
5 - Become more fluent in Spanish.

On January 1, 2000, I made a resolution to never make another new year resolution.

That's the only resolution I ever kept. icon_lol.gif

    I hate resolutions.

I think that's a good resolution. To being happier and healthier inside mostly but outside too I guess.

Here's one; stop running from life like Jean Valjean and find cause like Marius. Not exactly as they did, just metaphor.
