On Friday 26 September I will be visiting Chicago and while there ShortJake and I plan to have an oil wrestling match.

Does anyone from Chicago know of a good place to do it? Are there any venues that regularly host oil wrestling?

Also, we need someone to operate the video camera. Any volunteers?

Being tall I have a high center of gravity, thus I topple very easily. This will be a big advantage for ShortJake.

Hydrate has an oil wrestling competition every Friday I believe? You'd probably have to call them to get the full info on it... I've been to one... its a bit lame... but if you're into that exhibitionist thing, I'm sure you'd love it.

Well you also have a 160 lb weight advantage, so any edge i may have is somewhat offset by that plus the reach that your 33 inch height advantage gives you.

Lube wrestling is every other Friday at Hydrate. I'd say it's more strange than salacious, but certainly entertaining.

But is it at Hydrate NEXT Friday? Sept 26th?

That is the only day we have available to have this match.

I called Hydrate and they cant guarantee we can do it there next Friday. They have other events planned but they said we are welcome to come and chance it that someone cancels out.

I would put my money on ShortJake too - as long as bigtallguy does not get to wear a cup - looks like a large target

Well, I have a jock strap, but it's not a protective cup.

My vote is for bigtallguy.. I know this man and let me tell you he is just amazing. I think he could take anyone, and anyone that is up for a meeting with him should watch out. I will be checking back for updates on how this goes, and to see my friend bigtallguy have a victorious wrestling match.
