Green Coffee Extract has no more benefit than regular coffee.
It was debunked as a diet cure-all, and even Dr. Oz's experiment was really flawed, because he had his test group log their eating, which has an inhibiting effect on eating.
That said, coffee is diuretic and inhibits appetite somewhat. It is, on it's own, a pretty healthy drink. Having a couple of cups a day has antioxidant benefits.
I like coffee for the flavor and the buzz. Obviously, there is what I call the Baked Potato Problem; it depends on how you 'dress' your potato - in this case, the cream and sugar that many accompany with their coffee can countermand the health effects. I have accustomed myself to black coffee.
