So this is puzzling me. I didn't go to sleep Saturday night and stayed up drinking and walking around NYC. Sunday after a long bus ride home I showered and noticed I actually had some more definition in hip/V area.
(Note: I haven't been lifting weights, just starting, so lack of muscle is noted)

    Where those come from?

So today after work, around the same time as the pic on Sunday, they disappeared completely.

    More fatskinny :/

Water weight? Any ideas? Wouldn't mind getting them back in 2 days when I go home for the holidays.

I know staying up 24 hours and walking about is not the answer to get them again.

I'd say it's from losing water, as a result of walking and drinking, You'd likely get the same effect if you went to a sauna.

Yeh your weight can very up to 2 kilograms depending on your water weight/fluid levels. I always can see my "abs" more after a drinking session for some reason.

Yes, that is just dehydration... Yeouch, that's not a good thing sir. It is best to go for definition that is not defined by how dehydrated you are. I keep a nutrition log that includes a separate area for water consumption and I make sure I drink at least 4 Liters throughout a day, at least 700mL w/ each meal

...That's why you see some guys carry a gallon jug around with them... 1 gallon is ~3.78 Liters

You will have that if you drink tons of water a day, cuz you pee it out and lose water weight in the process
