All right ladies and gentlemen oops no ladies I hate being addressed as that btw. lol
I need you all to fasten your seat belt because now I decided to be a avid member of real jock the flight may be a little bumpy with my to be constant posting. So relaxed and enjoy the flight.

On a serious note though, to all of you who are privileged to be able to come out and be yourself what advice will you give an African gay man who want to come out be doesn't want to losse his family and also avoid being jailed. My family means the world to me, they are all I've got and lossing them because am gay might be selfish of me. Should I just tell them even though am 110% they will never accept me cos that isn't what they want from me. Am being that it is illegal to be gay in African am stuck at the crossroad of life now. This has also left me depressed coupling with my loneliness of not having a boy friend i feel worst than ever.

P.S Couple of thing you should know:
Moved to the States in 2009 for school
occasionally go back to visit but hardly cos I never I dont even feel safe back home.. how ironic is this, the only place should be safe is where am not
recently moved to OREGON state for my graduate school in Public health

    Thanks Guys.

If it's illegal back home, you should stay in America, if you can... Maybe not tell your family until you are independent and comfortable being you. It's your life, and you can't change for them. Take care.icon_smile.gif

You should stay here if its not feasible for you to go back home. Stay here where you can have a life as a gay man.
