In town and don't really want to go to the bars alone.

You go there, my friend, and flash that smile. You'll be popular for sure. I really like that bar.

I personally like minibar and Roscoe's, but.......

If you want something different, hold out till Monday...

Whats the bar with Musical Monday's? It's ridiculous, but amazing at the same time.

Trust me, go in there and smile a bit and the Chicago gays will start circling you like a group of sharks that just smelled a bit of fresh, red-blooded meat.

And if anyone asks you if you want to go to the Lucky Horseshoe, just say NO in a firm voice. If you value your sanity, that is.

And Squintz, Sidetracks has Showtunes night on Sundays and Mondays. And yes, it's ridiculous, but entertaining to see a hundred muscle bears singing along with Julie Andrews.

I went to Crew on the far north side this summer. Just a sports bar - but I enjoyed it.

Thanks for the advice. I may go check out some others too, preferably the sports bars.

Crew is good. They have terrific wings. And the bartenders are pretty to look at.
