Healthy or not, what are things people do that result in them losing weight, even drastically? I hear of people only eating soup, or that people smoke pot a lot or they go on a crazy diet, etc. Fine, but what is the truth and what is a myth? I know there is no easy healthy way to drop some chub, but I need to gets these ideas out of my mind; I'm almost foolish enough to try some of them Help me put these to rest RJ.
