As many know, changing up your routine often is important to maintain 'muscle confusion' and keep your workout from hitting a plateau. If you read the Men's Health magazines, you probably know that each issue has a new workout routine for the month, differing from the previous.
Has anyone ever followed just those workout routines and seen great results? Or are you only happy with the routine if you make some slight changes?
