I'm talking about anything that is health/fitness-related. Did you gain/lose muscle/weight? Are you in the process of it? How long did it take?

My biggest accomplishment would be losing 70 lbs since junior high. I peaked 220 lbs at one point and got really scared I would fall into the diabetes circle my relatives are in. Made myself join cross country and track. Stuck with long-distance running and never looked back. Now I'm at solid range of 150-155 lbs. Now, I need to gain some muscle mass and tone...icon_neutral.gif

Weighed 230 pounds as a 14 year old...now i weigh 145 pounds as a 20 year old. Maybe it was due to a late puberty or me starting to workout but i lost all of it in a year icon_biggrin.gif. Now i can do flips and acrobatic skills with my young adult bod.

I cut my Type 2 diabetes medicine in half by following a low-carb high good fat diet.

I totally feel you, dude. While I started puberty very early, my weight trend was quite similar. I'm glad we've both reached our goals!

Nice! I had an internship this past semester as well, but for a film studio. It totally drained me, but an overall worthy experience.

Thanks! My doctor says if I can lose 10-15 lbs more (dwn to 185 lbs) I will probably be able to cut down the rest of the diabetes med as well as some others.
