Amazing muscle mass and definition gain from 2 common foods

    By eating horseradish and mustard for 2 months... 5 table spoons of each food daily, my muscle mass and definition have increased by over 20 percent, and stamina, and testosterone.. I'm sure other foods can help, but this works. Any one else tried this? This page has more about testosterone and food:

    as your profile shows you are 132 lbs., that means you gained over 20lbs in 2 months. natural. i don't believe it. sorry. not even with just lots of high calorie foods with a body type like yours.

    I trade at least 5-7lb of fat ... from drinking haha... for muscle and definition. But don't need to believe me, check out the research yourself.
