I'm turning into a little tubby!! I've been eating a lot lately and considering I have a pull groin from kicking too high a few weeks ago doesn't help either >.< (meaning I can't train either to burn off the cals) lol

I must have gained like over 10lbs! Anyone else gaining the weight during hte holiday seasons? lol

This is the first year I've actually been losing weight over the holidays. I didn't have anywhere to go for Thanksgiving, no holiday parties to attend after, and for Christmas we're doing a very small simple gathering at my parents' instead of going to the food-crammed food fest at my granmother's.

Yeah I have definitely been putting on the pounds since the middle of November. It all goes to my stomach blahh! I hurt my leg so I haven't been able to get to the gym but I have been doing small exercises around the house and I go for a walk everyday.

I love eggnog, can't resist buying it in the supermarket, and I've been going through about a gallon per week since Thanksgiving. I buy the "lite" kind, but even that is loaded with calories, and I've put on about 10 lbs. since then. It took me a whole year to lose 10 lbs., so now I'm back where I started. Thankfully, my supermarket stops selling it after New Years.

I think I drank spoiled eggnog as a kid once. Completely cured me of ever wanting to touch the stuff again.

I'm shoveling pumpkin pie in my mouth as I write this... I'm looking to build in 2013 though. I want to get truly ripped for this summer.

I lost 40 lb over the last six months with lots and lots of work and this time it's going to stay off.

That's what happened to me with Southern Comfort the weekend after I moved into my first apartment 40 some years ago. The smell still makes me gag.

I've been at least maintaining my current weight. The food I've been eating is very high in fat, so I've made sure to cut down on every meal. Everyone in my family keeps giving me weight looks for eating so little, but I know it's worth it.

It can come off if you work at it and then don't get the notion that you're cured and put it all right back on again. I lost almost 40 when I came back to Columbus over the next few months then put at ALL back on again when I joined a new gym (with a Cain's across the street that I could smell from the parking lot). This time it took six months to get it back off.

My weight fluctuates up and down recently due to my work commitment. 2013 will be the year of serious bulking. Trying to add some muscle mass before cutting.
