Well, i'll top this off.. I suffer from sleeping paralysis

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Hky0kj2u1o

I've had this about 5 times..

3 times a tall skinny black shadow is watching me.. Another a guy is ontop of me laughing..

The worst is when I had a woman in a black robe walk up to me and stare at me and walk away.

Now when I get sleeping paralysis, I just close my eyes.. Problem solved icon_lol.gif

    I have very bad insomnia.

When I try to sleep, sometimes I have spasm that wake me back up again. Or I hear loud explosions in my head. It can be painful.

I start dreaming before I'm completely asleep. I have a lot of WTF moments that wake me back up again.

Insomnia AND sleep apnea.... So when I do eventually get to sleep, it's not good sleep.
At the moment, every few nights take some pills and wear Darth Vader mask (cpap machine)

I've learned to some extent how to use lucid dreaming to recognize when I'm having a nightmare and "change the channel". Kind of like Neo in the Matrix after he realizes that it's all an illusion. I don't seem to use lucid dreaming when I'm having good or just odd dreams.
