I did paleo over the summer and cut about 4% body fat. The holidays have not been kind and it's time to start again.

Anyone out there who does paleo? Would love to swap recipes and have some accountability buddies.

I've been doing "mostly" Paleo for the past 2+ years.

However, my recipes are mind-numbingly simple grilled and baked stuff. If it takes more than 10 minutes to prep or more than 30 minutes to cook, I'll order pizza online.

Those are the best kinds of recipies. My friend makes "paleo cookies" all the time, but that's way too much work.

Pour a shitload of olive oil and coconut oil in a pan. Dump shitloads of herbal seasonings in the pan. Swish it around. Throw in the chicken breast (or meat of your choice). Cook it on both sides thoroughly.

Boil or steam some broccoli (or eat it raw with the chicken).

20 minute Paleo dinner. Yay! icon_biggrin.gif

NomNomPaleo is one of my favorite sites. Really simple recipes that you can adapt for what you have in your kitchen. Make this - it's amazing and sooooo easy!

I also like Civilized Caveman Cooking and Primal Palate for other recipes. Primal Palate has a recipe for chocolate chip cookies using almond flour. I made them last weekend. Damn tasty.
