skin skin and more skin

    I joined to get advice, so I am just going to ask everyone at once. Recently I dropped quite a load of weight. I did it over a good period of time so it wasn't entirely too severe but I still have some sagging skin around the midsection. It can be irritating since I am pretty define in my arms chest and legs, but it as it goes down the torso it just kind of goes from define to...well chunk.

    Has anyone had success with any kind of training or methods to shrink up the skin? I am rather hesitant to have surgery as I've made it this far au natural I would like to complete it that way.

    wow... i may be wrong (and i often am), but i believe that skin that has been stretched for more than a few years past a certain degree of elasticity doesn't go back. it may need to be an issue of surgical removal. i'd talk to a dermatologist to find out if/how fascia in the skin heals...

    but congrats on the fitness gains!!!
