It's time for us to have "the talk." We've defintely had some good times. I appreciate you letting my Giants win the Superbowl, I loved "The Avengers," and that guy jumping from space was awesome.
We had our intense moments too. I don't want another Presidential election for at LEAST 4 years. You have made me cringe at the phrase "fiscal cliff". You have taught me many lessons, like how "lesbians" and "lutherans" are not the same thing, women CAN be men, sometimes fun is mandatory, push-ups count as cardio when you do a lot really fast, don't confuse an after-school "math lab" with a "meth lab," and Afghanistan is like the Old Testament meets Mad Max.
We also had our low moments... like that shooting in Aurora, the assasination of an ambassador, and the tragedy in that Elementary school. I welcomed in some new nieces while North Korea got a new leader. I lost some dear friends and comrades, while the world celebrated Olympic games. I think, 2012, that you might be bipolar.
Thus, all things considered, I think it's best we now part ways and see other people. I hear 2013 is going to have some great things to offer - movies, music, jobs, and more. But let's stay friends, and remember that the best way to move forward is to not look back. I now forgive you for lending your name to that horrible disaster movie.
