Who is currently doing one of the 12-week workout programs?

    Who is currently doing one of the 12-week workout programs on here?
    I'm going to try to stay motivated and complete one. There is good motivation by keeping in touch with other people on the program. Which one are you on and what week are you on?

    I did the 12 week muscle building workout last summer. I am in the middle of doing it again but it is tough with Christmas in the way etc.

    I found it takes a really long time but my definition improved a lot. I didn't really put on much extra muscle (I think) so I will use it for cutting in the future and something else for bulking.

    I made it though about 8 weeks of the muscle building one, but I found it difficult to make sure I was eating enough nutrition to grow more muscle weight. I did get great lean muscle and gained a few pounds. It takes a lot of focus to make sure to invest a lot of time into shopping for foods, preparing the foods, and then cleaning up the kitchen afterwards. The meal plans on here make it easier. I choose one day of the meal plan, and repeat it for the entire week. I saw a huge improvement in my strength, energy to finish my workouts, and even an increase in my muscle weight, especially in my arms. However the muscle building workout one is very intense. So this time, I decided to work on the lighter strength foundation one, and to make myself determined to finish all 12 weeks.
    There are 3 different meal plans, too. The foods are very easy and fast to prepare (so you can fit in some workout time and feeding your muscles)

    I am on week one. I finished day 3 yesterday and taking today off.

    If you hit my page and go to the Forums participated in you'll find the 12 Week Strength Foundation Program. It's an old page that is hardly visited. I am keeping a journal there.
